How It Works

Our remote access client allows a technician to connect to your computer remotely, you will need to request a unique ID generated by the support technician.  The client does not install anything on your computer so once you have closed it the technician can no longer gain access to your computer.

For general technical assistance or questions relating to products and services please open a support ticket by cliking the Submit Ticket button.  Your enquiry will then be registered on the system for our technicians to review.

iPHONE / iPAD customers

Please note that due to an update to the latest IOS we have reports of email access being broken, to fix this customers should tun off the SSL feature which has been enabled by default in the update.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, and Calendars
  3. Choose your email account under Accounts
  4. Select your account again
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the account screen and click Advanced
  6. Scroll to the bottom and under Incoming Settings, disable the option Use SSL
  7. Make sure Authentication is set to Password
  8. ensure incoming port is set to 143
  9. if this does not work, check again as the update can re-enable SSL automatically.
